Day 10 - You Can Do This

You Can Do This!

April 08, 20252 min read

Scripture Focus:
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." — Philippians 4:13

Moving Forward:
Let’s be real—life can hit hard. Maybe you're standing in the middle of something right now that feels so heavy, so overwhelming, you don’t even know how you're going to breathe through it, let alone beat it. Maybe that bill feels impossible. That diagnosis has you frozen. Fear is whispering lies into your soul and sabotaging your every step. Doubt may be sabotaging every step you take.

And when your mind is racing, when your emotions are shouting, the gentle voice of the Father can feel distant. But listen to me—He’s still speaking. He’s still present. And He’s still working.

I’m not going to lie to you and say that faith always makes life easy. It doesn’t. Following Jesus doesn’t exempt you from the fight—it prepares you for it. There will be storms. There will be setbacks. But hear me: you are not alone in the battle.

But…

BUT GOD.

That changes everything.

You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you—not because you feel strong, but because He is your strength. You can rise again. You can move forward. You can stare down the storm and say, “Peace, be still.”

So lift your head. Pull your shoulders back. Shake off the dust. When you feel like you’ve got nothing left, that’s exactly when the God of hope steps in and fills you with more than enough.

You were built for this.
You were called for this.

You can win today—because Christ lives in you.

Challenge Question:
What seems so overwhelming that you don’t know how you will make it?

Journal Prompt:
Find at least one Bible verse or passage that speaks to that overwhelming challenge in your life today. Write the Bible verse, and then write how the truth speaks to that situation or challenge. Finish your journaling with this statement. “ I can do this!” (you may even want to shout it out loud)

Additional Scriptures:

  • Isaiah 40:29

  • 2 Corinthians 2:19

  • Judges 6:14-16

Prayer:
Jesus, you are my strength. There is nothing impossible to those who believe in you. Therefore, today, I choose to live by faith. I choose to get up and move forward. I choose to shake off heaviness.  I choose to win! Thank you for giving me the power to thrive every day.  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
